My passion to educate my family and community at large about homeownership led me to become a full-time realtor. I quickly identified the need for honest agents in the industry after the 2008 crisis and wanted to ensure that people I care about were informed and educated when making their largest and most significant investment. I got licensed when my brother wanted to buy a home after a bad experience with his first purchase, and unfortunately becoming a statistic of the 2008 real estate crash. The rest, as the saying goes, is history.
What I love the most about being a realtor is seeing my clients achieve their goals, whether it is selling their property for more than anticipated or becoming homeowners; and I love making new friendship.

Seller’s agent services
Entail a thorough consultation with the sellers, visual inspection of the property and an in-depth market analysis to establish the right price for the property to be sold. I also curate a marketing strategy that includes professional photography, paid marketing, and open houses.
Property exchanges
My team and I excel at helping property owners when needing to sell one investment property in order to purchase another, also known as 1031 exchange. We work with experienced and reputable escrow officers and exchange companies that make this process smooth.
Foreclosed property sales
My team and I have a combined 30 years of experience helping our prospective clients with the purchase of foreclosed, and bank owned properties. We also assist property owners if they find themselves defaulting on their loan and have received a notice of default or a notice of sale.
Commercial properties buying or selling
Our commercial division offers our clients our combined experience to help guide our clients in the process of buying and selling commercial real estate within Southern California. We count with a vast network to find the right property or the right buyer that best matches your criteria.
First time home buyers
Services are personalized consultations with prospective buyers who are not familiar with the processes of getting a mortgage loan or buying a property. It begins with the invitation to assist one of my home buyers workshop followed by a one on one meeting to go over their specific case scenarios.
Buyer Agent Services
Entail a consultation and guidance of prospective buyer from outlining what documents will be requested by the loan officer/lender, to explaining the home buying process of getting pre-approved, to start seeing properties within their budget, to submitting competitive offers and getting their offers accepted, to entering into escrow, conducting inspections, reviewing disclosures and escrow documents, to finally closing and getting the keys to their new acquisition.

Helping our clients through the sale or purchase of real estate, is what we do best! We utilize the latest market data, and use top marketing strategies, ensuring our sellers get top dollars for their property.
