Matt DeLine is all that you could want in a realtor - and more. He went out of his way with an "out of towner" seller to oversee the complete preparation of our house for sale, including cleaning out furniture, books, garage junk, etc. and then getting painters and repair people take care of getting the place ready for viewing.
