Matt DeLine is all that you could want in a realtor - and more. He went out of his way with an "out of towner" seller to oversee the complete preparation of our house for sale, including cleaning out furniture, books, garage junk, etc. and then getting painters and repair people take care of getting the place ready for viewing. He oversaw replacing the carpeting and arranging for outside gardening and some corrective painting. I cannot speak highly enough of Matt DeLine as a person to work with. In a word, he is GREAT!
